" Manager Fredrick was unable to process a transaction after I had returned a online purchase and was given store credit. Manager kept insisting I was given the return to my credit card when an email showed I had store credit. Three times I was told I had to come back,
I finally contacted customer service to verify the store credit. I will never again do an online purchase with Cycle Gear ....if the item is not the correct size I would have to return it and Gilroy Cycle Gear was the closest store to us."
